BuyerBoard is a mobile application designed for real estate agents to confidentially store buyers’ needs in one place. This collection of confidential buyers information will allow sellers’ agents to find potential matches for their listings, including off-market properties, based on buyers’ criteria.
BuyerBoard is exclusively for licensed real estate agents. Both buyer agents and seller agents can use the platform to connect and find the right match for their clients.
We take data security seriously. BuyerBoard stores all buyer information in an encrypted database, accessible only to agents directly involved in the transaction, ensuring that sensitive details remain private.
Buyer agents can enter details such as location preferences, budget, property type, and specific buyer requirements through a simple form within the app. This information is stored confidentially and can be updated at any time.
Seller agents can search BuyerBoard’s confidential database to find buyer profiles that match their property listings, including off-market listings. The search can be filtered by location (zip code), budget, and other criteria.
While BuyerBoard is designed to help with off-market listings, it also supports matching buyers with on-market properties. However, the platform excels in helping seller agents find matches for listings that are not publicly listed.
Once a potential match is found, the buyer and seller agents can communicate directly through BuyerBoard’s in-app messaging feature, allowing for seamless negotiation and coordination.
The BuyerBoard mobile app is available for a monthly subscription of $0.99 from the Apple Store or Google Play. In future releases, you can unlock premium features. Stay tuned for more details.
Yes, BuyerBoard offers Google Single Sign-On (SSO) and Apple ID Single Sign-On (SSO) for a faster and more secure sign-up and login experience. These options simplify the process, removing the need for additional passwords.
When you choose to sign up or log in with Google or Apple, BuyerBoard will redirect you to Google’s or Apple login page to authenticate your credentials. Once you verify your credentials, you will be logged into BuyerBoard automatically.
Yes, Google SSO and Apple ID SSO are secure methods for authentication. BuyerBoard does not store your Google or Apple password. We only receive basic information such as your name and email address to set up your account. Your login credentials remain secure with Google or Apple.
You can still sign up or log in using a traditional email and password, or using your Apple ID. Google SSO is simply an option for added convenience.
If you prefer not to use Apple ID for logging in, you can create a separate login using an email and password. Keep in mind that your Apple ID will remain associated with your current BuyerBoard account unless you contact support for assistance in changing it.
If you’re unsure whether you signed up with Google SSO, Apple ID, or email, try all three methods. If you sign up with Google SSO or Apple ID, you’ll automatically be logged in. If you used email, you can request a password reset to regain access.
While Google SSO and Apple ID SSO simplifies the login process, there are a few things to keep in mind:
• Access loss: If you lose access to your Google account or your Apple ID (e.g., forgotten password, security lockout), you may not be able to log in to BuyerBoard until your Google account or your Apple ID is restored.
• Account security: If your Google account or your Apple ID is compromised, your BuyerBoard account may also be at risk. We recommend using two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Google account or for your Apple ID for added security.
• Limited Account Recovery: If you used Google SSO or Apple ID SSO to sign up and no longer have access to that Google or Apple account, recovering your BuyerBoard account may require additional steps, such as contacting support for verification.
Currently, if you sign up with Google SSO, your account will be linked to your Google login. To switch to email login, you would need to create a new account using an email and password or contact BuyerBoard support for assistance in changing login methods.
If you experience issues logging in with Google SSO or Apple ID SSO, try the following:
• Make sure you’re using the correct Google account or the correct Apple ID linked to BuyerBoard.
• Check your internet connection.
• Clear your browser’s cache or use a different device or browser.
• If the issue persists, contact BuyerBoard support for further assistance.
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your BuyerBoard account, you will not be able to recover your account. We recommend creating a new BuyerBoard account with a current, accessible email address. Be sure to keep your email information up to date to avoid potential access issues in the future.
